How to Apply

All applications for admission to the Physiology Graduate Program must be made through the Graduate School Application System.

 

Indicate Physiology in the “Desired Major” field. Leave the Department and College sections blank as the program is interdisciplinary and interdepartmental.

 

The Graduate School requires payment of a $75 application fee for U.S. citizens and permanent residents and $85 for non-resident aliens.  Your application will not be processed until the application fee is received by the graduate school.

PERSONAL STATEMENT: Please write a brief 1-2 (Two-Page Maximum) personal statement detailing your ultimate career goals, your undergraduate experience and how the Physiology Graduate Program can help you in your journey.

Send official transcripts and residence forms (only if claiming North Carolina residency) directly to:
